At our bakery, we take allergies seriously and strive to provide our customers with safe and delicious treats. All our cookies are created in our kitchen with a 5 star food hygiene rating that handles all foods. Every box of cookies that gets posted out contains allergen information in the lid, along with a QR code that can be scanned on your smart phone for more allergy information.

Allergy Information

Below is a list of common allergens found in cookies, as well as information on how we handle allergens in our kitchen.

Wheat: Our cookies are made with wheat flour and contain gluten. Unfortunately, we do not offer any gluten-free options at this time.

Dairy: Our cookies contain butter, which is a dairy product.

Eggs: Our cookies contain eggs.

Nuts: Our cookies are not made with any nuts or nut products. However, our kitchen is not a nut-free facility, so there is a risk of cross-contamination.

Handling of Allergens

We take every precaution to ensure that our products are free from allergens, but we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Our kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis, and we take steps to prevent cross-contamination, such as using separate equipment and utensils for allergen-free products.

If you have a severe allergy, we recommend that you do not consume our cookies or any of our products. If you have any questions or concerns about allergens in our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any allergies or dietary requirements must be stated at the time of ordering.
