Perishable Goods

All of our cookies are baked fresh and shipped promptly. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

– Damaged
– Incorrect
– Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

– Delays caused by the carrier
– Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
– Packages marked as ‘Delivered’ but not located

However, we’re happy to assist in filing a claim with Royal Mail.

Allergies

Our cookies may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat).
Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, ingredients may already be in preparation and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you are unhappy with the taste or quality of your cookies, please reach out within 48 hours. While we cannot guarantee refunds for personal preference, we always aim to make it right and maintain customer happiness.
