In The Box

Delicious handmade vanilla sugar cookie biscuits, topped with fondant, made in our 5 star food hygiene rating kitchen. Each box of cookies is dispatched within 2-3 days.

Each biscuit is individually wrapped for freshness with a shelf life of 14-21 days, if you can make them last that long!

Delivered in a gift box that fits through most letterboxes, either to you or directly to the recipient. No one needs to be home to wait for delivery.

We can provide a gift note with your order, so the recipient knows exactly who sent the yummy treats.

Personalisation Fonts

We offer three different fonts on our personalised cookies. ‘Betty’, ‘Holly’ and ‘Tinka’. You can choose any of these for your personalisation, however, if the words are long we will use the ‘Tinka’ font to ensure everything fits on.

Please note, we can make cookies with Vegan butter upon request, but they will still contain egg, this will make them dairy free cookies, NOT vegan.

Created in our kitchen with a 5 star food hygiene rating that handles ALL foods. They do not contain nuts but there may be traces. Any allergies or dietary requirements must be stated at the time of ordering. Every box contains allergen information in the lid.

Delivery Information

Each box of cookies is made-to-order so it’s as fresh as possible upon delivery. We plan to post all items within 2-3 days of being ordered. All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to any postal issues, so please order your cookies ahead of time to ensure timely delivery.

At checkout, you can select which date you would like the cookies to be delivered. If the date you want is not available, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

The cookies are individually wrapped and presented in tissue paper. We offer the paper in a variety of different colours, if you have a preference, please write it in the notes at check out.

All cookies are packaged with care and attention to detail, however on rare occasions damage in transit can occur. We cannot prevent this from happening but we will try our best to resolve any issues.

If your order has not arrived within a week of being shipped, please contact us.

Other Information

Since every personalised cookie is made-to-order by hand, there may be some variations in design and color. If there is a design or shape you would like but don’t see it listed in our shop, please feel free to send us a message. We are happy to create custom orders to suit your needs!
